Spicy Shrimp & Veggies Recipe

This is my family’s favorite version of spicy shrimp and veggies recipe that always gets rave reviews.  I love cooking for my family but lately, we were looking for something a little different so I changed it up a little.

I was going to make fajitas but I thought what the heck since we were cutting carbs ( bread and grains) out of our dinner.  Yes, I finally got my husband on board with this amazing new way to eat.   I am just so in love with it.  I know crazy.  Right ??? For Dinner, we should have 75 percent and 25 percent protein on our plate.

Whats up with the new eating plan?
