Roasting Veggies and meat is a great idea to prep your meals for the week on Sunday. Fix a couple of pans of roasted chicken and veggies plus some rice. Meal prep idea: find your containers and add the 1/2 cup of rice, then 1/2 cup of chicken and vegetables per container. This way you are more in control of your portions, and you don’t have to worry about what to eat with your busy schedule. It’s very quick and easy and makes your life a little easier.
