The greatest wealth is health – Virgil

Being healthy is the best thing you can do for your wellbeing. When you are caring for someone else most times, you don’t think about yourself.  You end up putting off your health concerns and appointments for another time.  Take care of yourself by being healthier.

Your body hears everything your mind says

Your mind is such a powerful tool, and it is always listening to you. That is why genuinely saying positive words can change your life, so you still have a positive mindset.  If you worry or are scared, that is how your body and mind will react.

Studies have proven if you do this before a stressful situation and your brain doesn’t get worried., Try this – say you’re excited.

  • I’m excited to give that speech
  • I’m excited to take that test
  • I’m excited to ask him or her out
  • I’m excited to start this new workout

Everone has a chapter that can read out loud. Is this one of yours?  Kudos to you that have made it or still struggle with your addiction.  I had known many who didn’t make it and witnessed it when I was younger and how it impacted their family.  This could be why I have never touched an illegal substance.  You may still have your cravings, but you will change peoples lives by sharing your experience with them.
